Adrenaline at low doses as same effect as the following drug on alpha and beta receptor Dobutamine dopamine isoprenaline noradrenaline Adrenaline at low doses acts on beta receptors (beta 1 and beta 2) so action beta 1 increases HR and SBP action on beta 2 causes vasodilation decreases DBP So MAP decreases effects are same as isoprenaline Adrenaline at medium doses acts on beta receptors and a bit of alpha receptors so action beta 1 increases HR and SBP action on beta 2 causes vasodilation decreases DBP and action on alpha receptors increases DBP So Both effect cancels, so there is no change in DBP So MAP is normal so the action mimics that of a beta 1 receptor agonist drugs, as alpha and beta 2 receptor action got cancelled effects are same as dobutamine Adrenaline at high acts on beta receptors and alpha receptors so action beta 1 increases HR and SBPAt high dose alpha receptors are sensitive so alpha action predominates. Action on alpha receptors increases DBP.increases in DBP reflexly decrease HR, leading to decreased HR at the endSo MAP increases effects are same as noradrenaline
